Financial Policy
In an attempt to keep your dental costs to a minimum, we have adopted the following procedure regarding payments and billing. Payment is due in full on the day of service unless prior financial arrangements have been made. Financial options are discussed during the initial consultation visit. Dr. Gouldin and his staff are committed to providing excellent dental care while assisting patients in choosing the best payment option for their individual needs.
For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Master Card, Visa and Discover. For those interested, we offer financing from Care Credit. Care Credit is the leader in patient financing, and is specifically designed to pay for treatments and procedures not covered by insurance. They offer financing for $1 to $25,000, with a variety of monthly payment plans that fit within your budget, making periodontal and implant treatment affordable to all.
